Shredding machine reduces batteries to 10cm×4cm pieces (Stage 1) and further to 3-4cm×2cm (Stage 2). Nitrogen-inerted to prevent thermal runaway.

Energy-saving: Self-powered by syngas (CH₄, H₂) from the process.

Cools materials from 700°C to <60°C in 15 minutes. Prevents oxidation of lithium compounds.

Sieve: Separates black mass powder (<2mm) from larger metal/plastic fragments.
Eddy Current: Recovers 98% aluminum foil (purity >99%).
