Two-shaft shredding machine, with strong tearing force. It can crush whole tire into rubber blocks(3-8cm). With this equipment, you don’t need another machine to pull out steel wire from tire bead, because this double-shaft shredder can shred tires and steel wires together.

The hammer mill crush rubber granules into more smaller size (0-15mm). Compared with the double - shaft shredder, the hammer mill can be regarded as the secondary shredding stage for tires. Moreover, in this secondary crushing process, the tire scraps need to be crushed twice by the hammer mill. First time, after passing through the hammer mill, tire fragments will be 10-15mm. Subsequently, upon going through the hammer mill secondly, the fragments will exit the discharge port with 0-4mm.

The vibrating screen is motor-driven to vibrate. When the crushed-tire mix (including rubber, metal, sand, and dust) is put on it, the motor starts. The vibration makes the material move. The screen has a set mesh size. Small metal pieces and sand/dust, being smaller than the mesh, fall through by gravity, while the larger rubber particles stay on top. Thus, it effectively separates the rubber from impurities.

Magnetic separating machine separate steel wire from the mixture of rubber granule and steel wire. Remove the residual tiny steel wire.

After shredding tires, you get a mix of nylon fibers, dust, and rubber. The air separator can remove the nylon and other impurities. It works like this: Airflow suspends the material in the duct. Lighter stuff like fibers and dust is carried further by the air, while heavier rubber particles fall closer due to gravity, separating the light impurities from the rubber.
